Chairman's Statement

In 2010 we set out a clear strategy, to focus on our core business of direct home shopping, offering value for money products in gardening and gifts, whilst also maximizing the value of our entertainment and collectables brands.

Business Review

More and more of our customers are taking advantage of our growing presence online. Each year our Web sales grow in total and as a proportion of our sales. We are continually looking at growing our online revenue and expanding the range of our product offering online further.
